First off, you need to know that Phosphates are Necessary to healthy bodily function, don’t try to cut out phosphate, you need it! The trouble we have is from the EXCESS phosphate in our bodies when we have fibromyalgia.
A person with fibro dosn’t pee out the excess phosphate like a healthy person does. Phosphates are what get deposited all over our body since our kidneys don’t get rid of the excess like they should. So we end up with issues from these deposits that make painful spots, immune issues, infections all the time, fatigue and brain fog, the list goes on and on.
Thankfully, this is NOT the end of the story! If you have fibro, you have extra phosphate lurking around that needs to get out but can’t. Thanks to the Guaifenesin Protocol, we CAN get those excess phosphates out and we CAN get our lives back! YAY!
Now, when you begin to clear and feel awful, we can know the phosphates are coming out and it’s pain with purpose! 🙂 Hang in there!
Please take a look at the book that explains this all: “What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Fibromyalgia“ by Dr. Paul St. Amand.
