Sal Safe Medications

You will need to get a detailed list of all the active and inactive ingredients in your medication. This means to check for both salicylates and blue dye.

You can learn to check your medications yourself too! 🙂 Here’s a link to: WebMD, it’s simple to use, just type the name of your medication into the search button at the top beside where it says WebMD, and it will give you a simple explanation in easy to understand words 🙂
Many times a medication can be made dye free and salicylate free from your local compounding pharmacist. Speak to your doctor if you find any salicylates in any of your medication and they should be able to prescribe something safe for the protocol.
