Perfumes often don’t have sals in them, as the more natural ingredients are more expensive. So if your perfume is cheap, it’s less likely to block, if it’s super expensive, it’s more likely to have blockers. Either way, you will need to check the ingredients for sals.
We used to say to just spray the perfume on your clothes, but if laundry soap can block your guaifenesin, so can perfume.
Scentsy apparently has body sprays now that are sal-free, but as always, double check those ingredients. Avon has some sal-free cologns too, so check there for sal-free options! Bath and Body Works usually have aloe and other plant ingredients in them, so don’t risk those as they will block the guaifenesin from working to reverse your fibromyalgia symptoms!
