About Magnesium

Please note, I am going to be FRANK in this post, so if you gross out by hearing about digestive issues, I’d SKIP this post! ha!

OK, so if you have Fibromyalgia, you might have digestive issues. Magnesium SERIOUSLY helps with constipation! SERIOUSLY!!! HAHA!

So I have always struggled with it, and my mom said even when I was a baby I had a really hard time. Acid Reflux and dispepsia caused by all the pain meds I’ve been on for 20 some years, and I’d say I’ve been living with alot of STRESS.

Did you watch the video yet? it’s SUPER interesting! I cannot believe nobody told me about magnesium like, 20 years ago!! When I had that kind of pain, I would literally LIVE on chips and when I would stand up long enough, I would even go so far as to make myself a PB and Jelly sandwich. I know, that’s some seriously healthy grub! 😀

I was adding to the problem again and again with these things! Why oh WHY don’t doctors tell us this stuff?? I have gone off the sugars and refined carbs using the Hypoglycemia Diet, started taking magnesium, quit all the pain meds (had to get surgery to be able to do that) and stopped eating all that dark chocolate I was living on for energy and started on Guaifenesin (for the fibromyalgia). So now, I am not constipated, no acid reflux or dispepsia, no unbelievable gas and pain that causes. AND I haven’t had to go on antidepressants, although I have wavered many times thinking maybe I should. NOW I am even more thankful that I didn’t, knowing what those meds cause!

NOW have you watched the video yet? totally do it! Magnesium is such a SIMPLE little thing to take, really not expensive, and you will seriously KNOW when you’ve had enough… trust me… your bowels will tell you! repeatedly! while you sit on the toilet! BAHAHA! Ok, enough info for you poor souls. WATCH THE VIDEO!! 😀
