“Fatigue is rapidly improving. I know that will be the last to clear though. I’m ok with that because I feel it improving so I can tolerate it better and not get upset or anxious when the fatigue sets in.
Yes it sucks to feel tired and foggy but it’s SOOOO much better than before. To be honest, I don’t l know how I lived with all of the pain and fatigue. I do suffer from post traumatic stress disorder (was diagnosed due to fibromyalgia) so I take an antidepressant for anxiety. It’s a work in progress but I am grateful EVERY. SINGLE. DAY that I found guaifenesin and am getting my life back. I am hopeful that the anxiety will improve as I come to terms with how I lost so many years due to this illness. I have found that I am a much more understanding and empathetic person because I went through hell. I found a silver lining in the pain and suffering that I endured.
You guys will too! I’m sorry…I think I rambled a bit but really my my point was to say that MDR is the best guaifenesin to get. Perrigo, mucinex and the blue dye makes me nervous. I mean, if you’re gonna spend money on guai, you may as well spend an few extra bucks on guai that Dr. St. Amand recommends. Just sayin’.
