I love emu oil, the texture, the permeability, the anti inflammatory properties…I just wish the emu didnt have to die for humans to harvest the oil. So I use it sparingly. I have renewed my acquaintance with lanolin because it comes from wool, which grows back.
From what I heard, most places that use the oil also sell the meat and fur/wool off the emu too 🙂 so it’s not as bad as it seems <3 plus, it's powerful stuff, you only need a couple drops for most things 🙂
