Hydrogenated Oils and Salicylates

If it just says Hydrogenated and a plant name and oil then it has sals in it, so do NOT use this!

Example: Hydrogenated Castor Oil= NOT sal safe

The process of making an oil Hydrogenated still leaves the salicylates in the oil, so don’t use oils that are hydrogenated unless they are a part of CROWS: Corn Rice Oat Wheat Soy oils 🙂
