When you start the #guaifenesinprotocol your symptoms get worse before they get better. It takes a year to really start feeling good but the first 4 months are supposed to be the hardest.

So today I celebrate the 4 month mark and God’s goodness to me and my whole little family as we have been on this healing journey! Some days have definitely been difficult and we never know what each day will bring, even from hour to hour, but we have also already seen some improvement!
